After you submit you online
application, you will need to submit the following supplemental items:
- $40.00 Application Fee (non-refundable); check or money order
written to Fullerton College.
- Passport-sized photograph (you can
email a
digital photo).
- Official High school diploma, if you are under 18 years of age.

Official college transcripts, if
you have attended any US or foreign college.
- English Proficiency scores (see details)

Certification of Support

Bank Certification
If you are currently in the United States, please submit the following:
- Copies of Immigration Documents: passport, visa stamp, I-94 (both
sides).
- If current F1 student, copies of all I-20 forms. If current J1 student,
copies of DS-2019.

Transfer Authorization Form from current school, if current F-1 student.
