Be aware that due to the budget crisis in California, there is insufficient space in courses for the number of students who want to enroll. New F-1 visa students who have no enrollment priority will have difficulty enrolling in a full course of study.

Steps to Obtain a Fullerton College I-20:

1. Application
2. US $40 application fee (non-refundable) payable to Fullerton College by cash, check or money order
3. Official Academic Records

Under 18 years of age must submit proof of high school graduation or equivalent
College or vocational transcripts
2nd Bachelor's / Master's Contract

4. Essay on your academic and career goal at Fullerton College (minimum 700 words)

5. Proof of English Proficiency:

TOEFL: 61 iBT or 500 pBT (report official score to Fullerton with code #4314)
IELTS: Band 5
iTEP : Level 5
Fullerton College ESL Placement Test: ESL 184 (only available if in the U.S.)
If you are transferring from an English Language School, we will accept the following as English proficiency:

Language Systems, International College of English - completion of Level 6.
Kaplan English Programs- completion of Advanced Level.
Poly Languages Institute - completion of ESL 6: Advanced Level II

6. Certification of Financial Support
7. Official Bank Certification of US $17,610.00
8. 2x2 photograph

9. Copy of Passport Identification Page
10. Students transferring from a US institution must also submit:

Copy of visa and I-94 (front and back)
Copy of all issued I-20s
Transfer Eligibility Form
