International Students must enroll in a  MINIMUM OF 12 UNITS, which is
considered a full-course of study by the INS. Make sure that you have
registered and paid for 12 units within 30 days of the first day of the
semester.

Optional fees include the following:

Pay Fees

If you want to pay by credit card, click "Credit Card Payments."
      
          1)   Select the term from the menu and click "Submit."
          2)   Select "MasterCard" or "Visa" from the menu
          3)   Type in card number. For example: 1234567812345678
          4)   Select expiration date
          5)   Type in payment amount to be charged to your credit card
          6)   Click "Submit"
             7)   If your credit card was successfully charged, you will get a
                confirmation message.
          8)   Print this as proof of payment for your courses

 OR

 If you want to pay by check or money order, click "Check or Money Order
 Payments."
      
          1)    Make check or money order payable to Fullerton College
          2)    Write your student ID# on the front of check
          3)    Return the bottom portion of your PERMIT TO REGISTER with
                 payment within 72 hours or you will be dropped from your courses.
          4)    Mail payment to:

                        Admissions and Records Office
                        P.O. Box 34015
                        Fullerton, CA 92834-9415

           OR

           Place Payment in the DROP BOX  outside the Admissions Office.

Health Insurance

It is mandatory for all Fullerton College students on the F-1 visa to purchase International Student Accident & Sickness Insurance BEFORE registering for classes. Domestic policies (like Kaiser Permanente) often do not meet the requirements of international policies. Please contact the International Student Center for the minimum policy requirements.

For your convenience, you can enroll for Somerton Student Insurance on-line. Once you have enrolled, the ISC will be notified and confirmation of your coverage will be noted in your file.

1. Click on "Student Insurance"

2. In the By School Search box, type in "Fullerton College" and click "Go"

3. Confirm that you have selected "Fullerton College" and click "Go"

4. In the Available Policies box:

Confirm that you found the the "07-08 North Orange County CCD-Int'l"    policy and Click "Enroll"

5. Select the term (Annual, Fall, Spring/Summer, or Summer), read the
    information, and click "I Agree and Continue Enrollment"

3. Complete the Student Information form

• Social Security number: if you do not have one, leave it empty
• Student number: type your 8-digit Fullerton College ID without the "@"
• Dependents: If you have dependents (spouses or children) you would like to insure on this policy, click "Enroll Spouse" or "Enroll Child" and enter their personal information.
  
  Click "Show Available Rates"

5. Confirm that you have selected the plan you want

    Click "Select Plan"

6. You will be offered a supplement Dental Plan. This is NOT required by
    Fullerton College.

7. Review Enrollment Choices. If this is correct, click "Confirm Selected Plan"   

8. Complete the Enrollment Form

• Plan type, select "International"
• Education, select "Undergraduate"
• Home Country, select your non-US country of residence
• Country of Study, select "United States"
• Visa type, select "F1 - Academic Studies"
• Visa # is not a required field

9. Review your Enrollment Information. If it is correct, click "Continue Enrollment"

10. Select Payment Method (Visa or MasterCard) and enter credit card
    information. Click "Submit Payment"
   
    After your payment is accepted, an enrollment confirmation email is
    automatically sent the to the ISC.

Once we receive an email with the details of your coverage, it will be noted in your file and the registration hold will be removed from your records.
